Information we collect on this website
If you join eFind Pay product updates, we collect the email address you submit and information needed to record the signup, such as the date and basic technical information used to protect the form from abuse. We use this information to manage product-update communications and related preferences.
Like most websites, hosting and security systems may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps and pages requested for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Payment information
This website should not be used to send card numbers, bank account numbers or other payment credentials. eFind Pay does not process live payments through this pre-launch website.
How we use website information
We use website information to operate and secure the site, respond to requests, manage product updates, understand technical performance where appropriate, and meet legal obligations. We do not describe future payment-data practices here because those practices must match the production payment architecture and partner relationships.
Future payment-service privacy
Before live payments are available, eFind Pay will publish a payment-service privacy notice that explains transaction data, payment-method information, identity verification, fraud prevention, merchant data sharing, payment partners, retention, legal obligations, cross-service use and user rights that actually apply.
eFind ecosystem and advertising
Payment information should not quietly acquire a new purpose simply because eFind operates other products. Before launch, eFind Pay will state clearly whether and how payment information may interact with other eFind services, including any advertising or personalization uses, and the technical or policy controls that apply.
Retention
Product-update signups are retained while the subscription is active or as reasonably needed to manage suppression, security and legal obligations. Production payment-data retention periods will be documented separately before live payments are available.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from product updates using the method included in those communications once delivery begins. Privacy rights vary by location and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Requests can be sent to legal@efind.com; identity verification may be required where appropriate.
Changes
We will update this notice when website practices change and will publish separate payment-service disclosures before eFind Pay processes live payments.
